The Ministry of Housing announced the offering of plots of land for various segments for reservation in about 12 new cities, most notably Al-Shorouk and New Cairo, and in this report we review the conditions of reservation.
The applicant for the reservation must be a natural person of Egyptian nationality and not a legal person (company or institution), and the age of the applicant is not less than 21 years. The family (husband – wife – minor children) is not entitled to apply for the reservation of more than one piece of land in the announced cities. A piece of land was previously allocated to him or one of his family members (husband – wife) in the axis of lands (distinguished – medium) within the “Maskan” program.
Reservations are made by entering the reservation website (to view the plots of land available in each axis.
Those wishing to book create a new account (for new customers), and fill in the required data such as (national number – name from the national number card – e-mail – mobile number – current address).
The person wishing to reserve chooses the axis and the city to be booked in, selects the location, and clicks on the word “Details”, to show him a list of all available plots of land (sketches – detailed table).
The applicant for the reservation attaches a declaration of the integrity of all the data entered and the papers necessary for submission, which are specified in the conditions brochure page, then click on register the application. Regarding the seriousness of the reservation: payment of the seriousness of the reservation amounting to 25,000 pounds for medium lands. Payment of 100,000 (only one hundred thousand Egyptian pounds and nothing else) for the lands Distinctive payment of a serious amount of 350,000 reservations (only three hundred and fifty thousand Egyptian pounds, only for the most exclusive lands).
