Condemnation from everywhere after Israel attacks schools in Gaza

Saturday’s airstrikes came a day after a State Department spokesman said the US would give Israel $3.5 billion to spend on US weapons and military equipment.

“We know that Hamas has used schools as places to gather and operate, but we have also said repeatedly and consistently that Israel must act to minimize civilian harm,” the White House said.
