New York. Stars like Bruce Springsteen, Jennifer Hudson and Paul Simon are expected to perform at the planned major concert in New York’s Central Park at the end of the restrictions of the corona pandemic. Mayor Bill de Blasio announced this on Thursday and called the event planned for August 21 a concert “for eternity”. Further artists are still to be confirmed.
According to earlier information, 60,000 people will attend the show – star producer Clive Davis has been tasked with planning. The east coast metropolis was the epicenter of the corona pandemic in the USA last spring. The infection rate is now under control and the vaccination campaign is seen as a success.
