The students of the Idstein Music School have gained a little performance experience despite Corona. Your concert will be shown on the music school’s YouTube channel.
IDSTEIN – (red). On Saturday, June 26th, the video should be uploaded to the Youtube channel of the Idstein Music School at midnight. The online concert was recorded in advance.
The music school would like to create a replacement for the concerts of the music students, which usually take place in the town hall, and give them the chance to gain their first performance experience. According to the music school, the concert is a colorful mix with music from all genres and almost all eras. The link can be found on the Idstein Music School’s homepage.
Those responsible had also thought of something new for the “Open Day”, which has now been canceled twice. The music school offers all interested parties free trial lessons in all subjects until the summer holidays. Anyone who would like to stop by the ensemble rehearsals and take part without obligation is also very welcome. The orchestra rehearses every Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
Guitarists are also very welcome in Sigrun Krafft’s ensembles: children and young people meet every Wednesday from 6.15 p.m. to 7 p.m., adults from 7 p.m. to play together.
The choirs of the music school were also happy to have new singers: the Hexenturmspatzen (children aged six to twelve) rehearse Wednesdays from 4pm to 4.45pm and the “Fresh Flavor” pop choir meets on Wednesdays at 6pm.
