The place, which has undergone more than one rebirth in time, since the long 60’s, when it got its familiar shape and name “Blow, winds!”, Has for several generations been no longer just a concert venue in Liepaja, . “Pūt, vējiņi” together with the music festival “Liepājas Dzintars” born here have written indelible and bright pages not only in the history of music in Liepāja, but also in the whole of Latvia.
At the opening concert “Return”, the brightest musicians, groups and personalities of Latvia will step on the restored stage boards of the stage.
