On December 30, the Diocese of Fréjus-Toulon will close its digital journey La Traversée en beauté! On the program: an online concert by Grégory Turpin, with several surprises, including the intervention of Natasha St Pier.
The year 2020 will end better than it started! Grégory Turpin, French singer of Christian pop music, will organize an online concert on December 30 as part of La Traversée. A great initiative that will close the digital journey initiated for containment and extended over the Advent period.
Lasting around 1h15, the musical event will be hosted by the Fathers of La Traversée and punctuated by testimonials and guests. We will also find the singer Natasha St Pier.
And the spectators will also be present! Because even if the concert is digital, the first 1,000 registered who wish it will be able to appear on the virtual wall of the “hall”.
A concert to forge links despite the distance and, as during La Traversée, to recreate a proximity in the distance.
To access it, a ticket office will be open for members of the route. Choice of: € 5 (reduced price), € 10 (normal price) or € 15 (support price), the profits of which will be donated equally to a support fund for Christian artists, hard hit by the crisis, as well than the Lazare association, which provides support to the homeless. In order not to close the door to those who do not have the means, access will remain possible free of charge, or by “free donation”, during registration. There will also be gifts for everyone, offered by Grégory Turpin (songs to download, ebook, Jesus magazine).
Finally, people who would like to attend the concert, but who are not yet members of La Traversée, can register for the course by following the following link:
https://frejustoulon.fr/latraversee/inscription/. They will then be offered access to the concert ticket office.
La Traversée has been able to bring together isolated people and bring them hope in troubled times: to date, 37,822 people follow it and 331 small groups have been created. This last part should therefore conclude a difficult year under the sign of festivities and solidarity.
