Todd Howard’s next opus is still a year away, with Bethesda Game Studios and Microsoft apparently putting everything on one page with Starfield.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition was released on November 11th, and there was a concert that day to celebrate Skyrim’s tenth anniversary. But the Howards smuggled a certain Starfield Suite into the music offering. Inon Zur will be the composer at Starfield, and we can certainly see a pretty punitive sound in the video below. There was already a short detail in the 2018 E3 teaser that was breathtaking, but it was just the tip of the iceberg. 1:01:47 – from here you can be familiar with the excerpt you heard in the teaser…
But that’s still nothing: as the music compilation goes, we can see several concept drawings from Starfield on the screen, and while these can’t be called gameplay, they can still portray Bethesda Game Studios to a new height after the Elder Scrolls and Fallout (and not just literally!) and it fits them, because after Fallout 76 (which was their first online attempt…) they would have to restore their reputation (and remember that most Howard games look buggy… this will be the other test for a studio already owned by Microsoft).
The official background history in Hungarian is approx. it reads, “Our game takes place in the year 2330 in a relatively small corner of the Milky Way, an area about 50 light-years away from our Solar System. About 20 years before the game began, the two largest factions of the established systems, the United Colonies and the Freestar Collective, were embroiled in a bloody colonial war. Today, there is uneasy peace among the largest factions, but the area of Settled Systems is still quite dangerous.
There are plenty of human threats out there, such as the mercenaries of Ecliptic, the pirates of the Crimson Fleet, violent astronauts, or even the fanatical religious fanatics of the Va’ruun House. An organization called Constellation has committed itself to uncovering the mysteries of the galaxy. And as one of the newest members, you can discover the deepest bumps of Established Systems and find yourself at home at Starfield. ”
Starfield will be released on November 11, 2022 for the Xbox Series and PC. You can learn more about the game under development since 2015 in the summer (E3…) and customize it with significant character is we can make. They are also thinking about mod support.
