New food alert regarding pork frankfurters. Some Conad references have been recalled due to the possible presence of plastic fragments

The Ministry of Health has issued a food alert on its website concerning gods Frankfurters pork. These are two Conad references, which first advised that it had recalled the following products:
- WURSTEL PURE PORK 2X250G CONAD
- PURE PORK WURSTEL 250G CONAD
Both references are produced for Conad by Grandi Salumifici Italiani Spa. The lot to watch out for is the following:
- Lotto 20/10/2022
- Expiry 20/10/2022
- cod. EAN 8003170086661

The recall was issued as a precaution because, according to the Conad website:
a non-compliance was found (possible presence of small plastic fragments).
To avoid any health risk, customers who have purchased the frankfurters are advised not to consume them but to immediately bring them back to the point of sale for a refund or replacement.
