Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Sony Interactive Entertainment Singapore Private Limited (SIES) confirmed that the PlayStation 5 or PS5 will be sold in Indonesia. The PS5 Digital Edition sells for Rp. 7.3 million and the PS5 Ultra HD Blu-ray disc drive for Rp. 8.8 million.
Pre-orders have started to open on December 18, 2020 and Sales officially on January 22, 2021. However, the start time for online and offline pre-orders varies depending on the retailer’s operating hours.
“Both PS5 models use the same dedicated processor with integrated CPU and GPU for high-fidelity graphics up to 4K, as well as the same ultra high-speed SSD with integrated I / O that will provide lightning-fast loading,” said Sony in an official statement on Wednesday ( 11/11/2020).
“Both PS5 models also offer immersive sensation via the DualSense Wireless Controller and 3D audio capabilities, so players will enjoy the same transformative gameplay experience, no matter what PS5 they choose.”
Apart from the sale date and price of the PS5, Sony Singapore has also announced prices for PS5 accessories. Here are the prices:
- DualSense Wireless Controller (standalone) IDR 1.27 million
- PULSE 3D – with 3D audio support and dual noise canceling microphones IDR 1.7 million
- HD Camera -with a dual 1080p lens so gamers can broadcast IDR 999 thousand gameplay moments
- Media Remote – to navigate your movies and streaming services easily IDR 499 thousand
- DualSense ™ Charging Station – for charging two DualSense Wireless Controllers for IDR 499 thousand.
At launch, Sony will also launch games from SIE World Studio. Here are the prices:
- Astro’s Playroom (Japan Studio) – pre-installed on PS5
- Demon’s Souls (Bluepoint Games / Japan Studio) – Rp 1.029.000
- Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales (Insomniac Games) – Rp 729.000
- Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales Ultimate Edition (Insomniac Games) – Rp 1.029.000
- Sackboy A Big Adventure (Sumo Digital / XDEV) – Rp 879.000.
