PT LIB Extraordinary GMS was held at Sultan Hotel, Jakarta on Tuesday (15/11/2022). As a result, Ferry Paulus was appointed chief director of PT LIB to replace Akhmad Hadian Lukita who had been arrested by the police as he was named a suspect in the Kanjuruhan tragedy.
President Director is not the only position that has changed. New names appear, but there are also older people who are kept.
“So I previously chaired the meeting as PT LIB’s Chief Commissioner. I held an extraordinary GMS with an agenda to replace the Board of Commissioners and the Management Board,” said Juni Rahman, PT LIB’s Chief Commissioner .
“For the board, the chief director is Mr. Ferry Paulus. The director is Mr. Munafri (Arifuddin),” he added.
In addition to these two names, Juni Rahman also explained Sudjarno’s status as director of operations. The former Lampung police chief will have his fate determined in the future.
Sudjarno will still be retained as Director of Operations for the time being. Juni Rahman has indicated that Sudjarno has an opportunity to continue in this post.
“The proposed managing shareholder has two names for the CEO, namely Ferry Paulus and Munafri. But the shareholders’ agreement will be given to the new CEO to appoint a third director. PSSI has proposed Sudjarno,” said Juni Rahman.
