Minister of State Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thorir officially reorganize PT’s management structure Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Friday (15/11).
Holders of 68,582,827,291 shares or 74.97 percent of Garuda Indonesia’s total shareholders attended the EGMS which took place in the Garuda Executive Building Hall.
Meanwhile, at the EGMS, Wamildan Tsani Panjaitan was officially announced as the new chief executive of Garuda Indonesia, replacing Irfaniaputra, who had been there since January 2020. Therefore, Irfaniaputra was dismissed his position honorably as chief director.
