The level cap has been raised to 50 in Pokémon GO, assigning level 40 trainers the task of earning XP and completing new requirements to level up. Here’s everything coaches need to know about level 43 and how to get there.

When you click on your profile page in Pokémon GO, you will now see that a Research icon has been added to the end of a bar showing the amount of XP it takes to reach level 43. These are the next tasks required to get there to level 43 and a breakdown of how to get there efficiently.
XP required: 9,000,000
All XP earned before these new levels were launched will be counted. However, while newer level 40 trainers will have a harder time than those who have been playing for a long time after reaching level 40, we are going to start to see how many trainers can level up immediately after. completing the tasks decrease as the XP increases more and more. Your best bet to prepare for this level and future levels is to take advantage of the double catch experience that is currently running on Pokémon GO until the end of the year.
Gana 100,000 Stardust
There is nothing else to do. Throw yourself a Star Piece and start grinding. A good time to do this is if you can overlap your Research Breakthrough with your seventh “First Catch of the Day” streak. Once you get them, throw in an incense and grind as much as you can. 100,000 is not a small amount of Stardust by any means, but it is also one you can make in one game day. For those who resist, the next December Community Recap Day will offer a double Stardust catch during active hours.
Use 200 super effective charged attacks
Another one that is self explanatory. Make sure you know the weaknesses of the Pokémon you are facing and enter battles with the intention of exploiting those weaknesses.
Catch 5 Legendary Pokémon
As the easiest of these tasks, some players can complete it in under an hour, while free trainers can complete it in 4-5 days, depending on whether they have accumulated a raid pass from the day before.
In general, this is one of the easiest Level Up requirements. Also, when you level up to 43, you will unlock a special investigation. Good luck moving forward in Pokémon GO, fellow Trainers!
