I am a Jujungnet customer with customer number 21112689226 in the Pondok Ranji area, East Ciputat. Every month there is a problem with the internet shutting down and taking a long time to handle it. However, if you are late paying, it will immediately be turned off.
When I wrote this letter, the internet had been down for three days without any visits or repairs from Jujungnet. The customer service contacted only gave promises without any solutions.
Please respond and improve services from Jujungnet to its consumers. Thank You.
