Decryption of the Guyader Bermuda 1000 Race
The Café de la Marine welcomes Morgan Lagravière, co-skipper of Thomas Ruyant aboard For People and winner of the Guyader Bermudes 1000 Race, and Jérémie Beyou, who came second on Charal 2 with Franck Cammas. These two tandems fought a captivating battle until the finish line, finally crossed first by For People. A performance all the more remarkable as Thomas Ruyant’s Imoca was sailing for only the 6th time and which is explained both by the quality of its construction and by the complicity of the duo on board, already winners of the Transat Jacques Vabre 2021.
Sailing at the highest level
This new episode offers a complete summary of the Grand Final of Season 3 of SailGP in San Francisco won by the Australians, untouchable for the 3rd time in a row. The World Sailing Show then looks back on the 54th edition of French Olympic Week in Hyères with two tricolor gold medals (Lauriane Nolot and Axel Mazella in kitefoil), before setting sail for the Itajai-Newport leg of The Ocean Race won at home by 11th Hour Racing Team ! The 52 Super Series, which are racing for the first time in France during Sailing Week in Saint-Tropez, bring this episode to a close.
