The Cassation has in fact accepted the appeal of the prosecutor of Florence, with which the prosecutor Antonino Nastasi and the adjunct Luca Tescaroli opposed the decision of the review court not to suspend the general manager from his functions, whose name is among those of the 39 suspects for alleged medical competitions.
