By participating in this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Competition organizer: SportXX, Migros Cooperative Zurich, Pfingstweidstrasse 101, 8005 Zurich
Eligibility to participate: All persons residing in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of the Migros Cooperative Zurich, competition organizers and competition associations, automated services and other professional/commercial participants are excluded from participation.
Procedure of the competition: By submitting your personal details by March 18th, 2023, you can take part in the competition. The winners will be chosen at random from all participants in the week of March 20th, 2023. The winners will be notified by email at the end of March 2023.
Free participation: Participation in the competition does not entail any obligation to buy. Participation in the competition is always free of charge.
Prizes: 1st place in the raffle is the Cloud Runner running shoe worth CHF 199. 2nd place in the raffle is a starting place for the Greifensee Run (half marathon) worth CHF 60. 3rd place in the raffle is two pairs ON socks worth Fr. 22.- each
Prizes that cannot be sent to the winners by April 29, 2023 at the latest after notification to the e-mail address provided during participation will be forfeited without replacement. The winnings are not paid out in cash.

The legal process is excluded. No correspondence will be conducted about the competition, except with the winners.
Only one competition entry is possible per person and only with correct personal information. The competition organizer is entitled to exclude participants with a pseudonym, a false identity and participants with multiple registrations from the competition.
The competition organizer also reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if misuse and/or violations of these conditions of participation are suspected/determined or if there are other important reasons. He is entitled to make adjustments to the competition mode at any time and to suspend, cancel or prematurely end the competition if there are important reasons.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from and in connection with this competition is Zurich. The competition and all legal relationships between the competition organizer and any winners are subject exclusively to Swiss law, to the complete exclusion of the conflict of law provisions and the provisions of the Vienna Sales Convention (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of April 11, 1980).
