Competition and fun amidst the picturesque mountains and valleys of Hatta

A large number of employees of government and private institutions participated in the race, which included competitions in three categories: the professional half marathon for 21 kilometers, the super category for 10 kilometers, the sprint category for five kilometers, and a special category for children.

The Spartan Sprint race extended for five kilometers and included between 20 and 23 obstacles, including mud, fire, walls, and barbed wire, while the Spartan Beast race extended for 21 kilometers and included between 30 and 35 obstacles, to test the contestant’s ability to endure, persevere, and focus. Also, while the third race extended for 1.5 kilometers, it was “Spartan Junior,” which is intended for children and young people from four to 15 years old, and included between seven and 14 obstacles, and the focus was on group play, fun, and getting into the mud.
