The webinar will take place on December 11th. from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. It is aimed at trainers, teachers at vocational schools and pedagogical specialists working in vocational training.
In a world that is changing rapidly due to rapid technological change, particularly the use of artificial intelligence, training systems worldwide are facing major challenges. You must ensure that learners acquire the right skills and that these are tested and recognized. But what does this actually mean for everyday training and exams?
Competency-based vocational training is demanding and places high demands on vocational training personnel. Is a specialist able to act sensitively in multicultural and interdisciplinary teams, to solve complex problems and to use both technical and social skills?
