Die Compass Group AG has the end of December Seeback Consulting & Investment Company mbH including their insurance broker subsidiary ZVO GmbH as well as a participation in the One2marketing GmbH accepted. The contractual partners have agreed not to disclose the modalities.
“The takeover expands our existing business to include the lucrative dental insurance market and also creates synergies with existing business areas.
