Not for most ‘Tweakers’ SKUs, if I take a look at the SKUs that are normally somewhat interesting to us Tweakers it was as follows in terms of Intel’s RCP on ARK in the US on launch day (the only official pricing Intel releases):
12900K $589 — 13900K $589
12900KF $564 — 13900KF $564
12700K $409 — 13700K $409
12700KF $384 — 13700KF $384
12600K $289 — 13600K $319
12600KF $264 — 13600K $294
12400 $192 — 13400 $221
The higher placed SKUs therefore no difference, in the lower end you do see differences, but the lower positioned 13 series SKUs also got more cores, for example a 12600K was a 6P / 4E core SKU, the 13600K a 6P / 8E Core SKU. The 12400 a 6P 0E Core Sku, and the 13400 a 6P 4E Sku. So they cannot be compared 100% 1:1, because the 13th gen also got more ‘hardware’ with that price increase.
Nevertheless, the prices here in the Netherlands may have been different at launch, but that would have been due to fluctuating exchange rates (the euro has been quite weak against the dollar for a while), rather than Intel implemented a price increase.
