The financial market supervisory authority (Finma) classifies the online comparison portal Comparis as an insurance intermediary. According to its own information, Comparis must now submit an application for entry in the relevant register by November 3rd. The company announced that it would challenge Finma’s order at the Federal Administrative Court.
