Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – It was observed that there were large sales transactions of up to IDR 1.2 billion in shares of rice producer PT Wahana Inti Makmur Tbk (NASI). The figure of the seller turned out to be the closest person to the company.
PT Wahana Inti Makmur announced the depreciation of share ownership by one of its majority shareholders, PT Modis Cipta Kreasi. This convection company sold 20 million shares of NASI on Monday (27/3/2023).
Transactions are recorded at a price of Rp 60 per share. This has made Modis Cipta Kreasi collect funds of at least IDR 1.2 billion.
This action also eroded Modis’ shareholding. Prior to the transaction, this convection company owned 246.08 million shares or the equivalent of 30.48%. Now, only 226.09 million strands remain with a percentage of 28.00%.
“The purpose of the transaction is to improve the company’s financial performance,” said Modis Cipta Kreasi Director Wienny Suhali, quoted from the IDX’s Disclosure of Information, on Monday (3/4/2023).
Investigate has calibaration. Wienny Suhali is the wife of NASI director Piero Mustafa. Prior to the IPO, Wahana Inti was owned by four parties, namely Piero Mustafa (56.14%), PT Wahana Kreasi Investama (3.01%), PT Modis Cipta Kreasi (40.68%), and Tjiu Lanny Idayani (0.17 %).
In the past week, NASI shares posted a fluctuating performance, but ended in the red. It is known, as of the close of trading on Friday, (31/3/2023), NASI shares closed at IDR 60 with a decrease of 7.69% during the week.
