Nothing has changed for consumers at all, said Petr Novk, Orkla Foods Central Europe’s supply chain director. However, according to the day, it will be a significant change for the company’s employees and residents of the Uherské Hradiště Maatic district. The Otma sign belongs to this city at the age of 82.

There are currently 112 employees working in Maatice, and most of them will be able to work in other surrounding plants. Sweating is still going on with Orkla employees working in Bzenec and Babice. The plant in Bzenec will specialize in the vegetable portfolio and cucumbers, Babice will focus on the production of ready-made meals and patties, and the Austrian Felix plant in Mattersburg will produce cups, sauces and puree, Novk added.

Otma is one of the best brands of the Ham company, which the multinational company Orkla bought in 2016, Vitana for three years two years.
