“The situation has gotten much worse”: Because of long delivery times, customers are running away from the company

Electronic items, cars or building materials such as wood and steel: the aftermath of the pandemic and the Ukraine war mean that many products have long delivery times. The local dealers are also feeling the effects of this. And it leads to customers dropping out – or calling for a contractual penalty.
