Companies digitize their communication
Companies in Germany are increasingly relying on digital solutions for communication and interaction in everyday business, according to a survey by the IT industry association Bitkom.
The fax machine is becoming less and less important in everyday office life. The proportion of companies that use fax frequently or very frequently has almost halved since 2016: five years ago, 79% of companies stated that they frequently communicated internally and externally via fax.
