To promote the confidence of small and medium-sized enterprises in their business decisions and future opportunities, SEB from March, the bank will implement the Growth Program for the eighth time. As part of it, entrepreneurs will have the opportunity for almost six months to improve their knowledge of growth thinking, customer knowledge, innovations, marketing and product management, as well as modern financial planning and sustainability.

Participation in the program is free, and companies are invited to apply for it by February 20.
The growth program is intended for companies registered in Latvia with at least two years of business experience and a turnover of at least 200,000 euros per year. From all the candidates, 12 – 14 of the most ambitious companies will be selected, which will have the opportunity to work on the development of their product, service or idea under the guidance of experts and mentors.
Since 2018, 83 Latvian companies of various industries have graduated from the Growth Program, while a total of 288 in all three Baltic countries.
During the program, Viesturs Sosārs, the main mentor of the program, will cooperate with the participants in the format of individual sessions. The mentor, together with the program team, will support companies in the development of a business idea in order to create a specific plan of activities to be implemented already during and after the program. The growth program lectures will be available online to anyone interested, while the work seminars, mentor support and individual sessions will be available only to program participants.
