The journey begins with the Bangli Edition, running from February 7th to march 2025. Guests can savor local specialties such as Betutu Keren Bangli and Nasi Sela, dishes that capture the essence of Bangli’s traditional cuisine.
As the year progresses, the Odyssey will spotlight different regions of Bali, each with its distinct culinary identity. From April to May, the Gianyar Edition takes center stage, showcasing the cultural heart of Bali known for its artistic heritage and vibrant markets.
