The 9-euro ticket is a cheap alternative for commuting to work or for excursions in the summer months of June, July and August. But it also causes overcrowded trains and delays, complains one commuter. Stefanie Juszczak has been taking the train to and from work every day for 15 years. The 45-year-old lives in Laudenbach, a district of Karlstadt (Main-Spessart district). She drives her car to Retzbach to change to the train to Würzburg.
