The community of Wimauma, mainly inhabited by Hispanics living in mobile homes, fearfully awaits the passage of Hurricane Nicole as their homes continue to be damaged in the aftermath of tropical storm Ian. In this regard, a community leader assured that the authorities have too many requests for help and that is why the reconstruction of this area has not started.
