The winners were the Yong’an Community Development Association in Shiding District, New Taipei City, and the Biahao Tribe Sustainability in Nan’ao Township, Yixian County. The Luodong Forest Management Office stated that the location of the Yongan Community Development Association in Shiding District used to be an important production area for Wenshan Baozhong tea. Because it is close to the “Feicui Reservoir Snake-eating Turtle Wildlife Sanctuary” in New Taipei City, snake-eating turtles are often found in the community. , the community residents feel that the conservation work is urgent. Tribal members feel the importance of local traditional Atayal culture and wisdom inheritance.
