Los Community Chats for Messenger and Facebook have arrived, where users of both platforms will be able to debate and talk in real time about the topics that interest them the most in text, audio or video format.
A Community chat is a more public chat created specifically for a group of Facebook, which allows its members to chat with other members of the group in real time, as explained by Facebook itself in its Help service.

Users can participate in this chat via text, but they can also make an audio or video call, to go even deeper into the subject. In any case, the conversations may be divide into categoriesinstead of dealing with multiple topics in the same Messenger chat.
In this sense, from Meta they explain that within the Community Chats, the members will be able to choose several options, among which are: member chats on a topic specific; event chats, for meetings or hangouts; and broadcast chatsin which only the administrator or moderators will have the possibility to address the community.
There will also be the possibility of opting for a audio chatwith capacity for up to 30 people, where you can share live comments.
These new Chats include a series of moderation tools so that administrators can manage them. Specifically, they will be able to block, mute or suspend participants and delete messages or members of the group, in case the group rules are violated. There is also an administrator assistant, which automates such measures.
Members of Communities chats can also report messages that they consider inappropriate before the administrators or Meta, as well as block users or leave a chat whenever.
