On the afternoon of May 31, the Ministry of Justice held a workshop to discuss solutions to mobilize social resources to participate in the communication of draft policies that have a great impact on society in the process of developing legal documents.
Previously, on March 30, 2022, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 407/QD-TTg approving the Project Organizing policy communication that has a great impact on society in the process of developing legal documents (VBQPPL) for the period 2022-2027 (Project 407).
According to Mr. Le Ve Quoc, Director of Legal Education and Dissemination Department, Ministry of Justice, after one year of implementation, Project 407 has also obtained some positive results.

However, in reality, most drafting agencies do not have enough human and financial resources to be able to carry out communication on the draft policy while the communication of policies and laws must be carried out. one step ahead to unify awareness, create consensus in society.
Agreeing with the view that policy communication must be one step ahead, Dr. Nguyen Thanh Son, Deputy Director of the Legal Department, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that the ministry has arranged communication resources reasonably, compatible with policies. need to communicate, focusing on experts and scientists in the fields of the industry.
According to Mr. Son, this unit also promotes the role of a team of writers-artists, prestigious and influential people in the subjects affected by the policy; mobilize the participation of professional associations; focusing on policy communication tools via social networks, increasing interactivity, adapting to the trend of digital society and digital citizenship.
Ms. Nguyen Thy Nga, Director of the Institute of Policy and Strategy Administration, said that in order to mobilize social resources in policy communication, Project 407 must be the center for mobilizing all resources and organizing in blocks. policy research activities and networks as well as target groups affected by policies. Thus, policy communication activities are effective, spreading to a wide range of people.
