GTPS (Global Transaction & Payment Services) is aimed at individuals and economic players, in particular domestic and international companies and financial institutions who want support in their management of flows (banking, commercial, corporate) and / or payments.
Within the Strategy Department of GTPS, the intern will assist the Strategic Marketing Officer on actions aimed at developing the notoriety of Global Transaction Banking offers and products with our large customers (in line with the SG brand image -GTPS developed with COMM teams dedicated to this business) and to provide value-added support to GTPS business lines in their operational marketing missions by providing them with advice, tools, marketing material, and methodologies.
You work in close collaboration with GTPS business lines as well as with Societe Generale’s wholesale communication and marketing teams to contribute to various missions, with a major focus on structuring and setting up strategic watch.
Concretely, you will be brought, under the supervision of your tutor and / or manager, to:
- Participate in the structuring: You set up a working group with the referents of the 4 business lines, the Innovation and Communication correspondents of GTPS as well as the Marketing Wholesale to structure the strategic watch for the trades of Global Transaction Banking allowing to:
- Position GTPS in its market
- Know the market trends to meet BL expectations
- Know the offer of the competition in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of GTPS
- Know the customer’s expectations (current issues, concerns, etc.)
- Identify sources and monitoring tools, propose several scenarios, as well as governance and organize the sharing of monitoring.
- Collect and compile data at the level of Global Transaction Banking to build various synthesis and analysis documents.
Punctually and according to the highlights, you make your contribution on other marketing tasks.
