Commission approves opinion to transfer lot 1-A to San Antonio

The first councilor Rudolf Gutiérrez Quispe, in charge of the mayor’s office of the Provincial Municipality of Mariscal Nieto (MPMN), reported that the mayor John Larry Coayla is in Lima carrying out procedures.

Gutiérrez explained that the draft opinion was approved at the joint committee session to be presented at a council session, which could take place on September 4.

“This draft resolution establishes an agreement between the MPMN and the San Antonio District Municipality with the objective of carrying out the transfer of property 1-A, which is located behind the headquarters,” he said.

As for the Disaster Risk Management office, if the agreement is approved at the council session, the office would be moved to lot 1-C of Pedro Huilca.

Gutiérrez said that, according to the clauses of the agreement, the municipality of San Antonio must carry out the leveling, adaptation and conditioning work so that the Civil Defense office can move to the new lot.

If these works are not completed, the transfer of lot 1-A will not be carried out, nor will a new location be created for the Risk Management office.
