Commercial leases – 60% rent declines could sink into legal swamp

Apparently, everything’s fine. The National Council has taken a big step towards the Council of États Thursday to give a boost to businesses. The latter will only have to pay 40% of their rent during thecoronavirus crisis . AT one condition: that their rent is less than 20000 francs per month. The invoice for belsewhere? It is estimated at over 200 millions francs. If some of them have difficulties, they can appeal to the Confederation, who will put 20 millions available.
