J&J Medtech is recruiting for a Commercial Education Coordinator to support the Spine & Sports Commercial Education team. The position requires on-site support for clinical education courses and events so the individual must be willing to be based in Raynham, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the Commercial Education Orientation program for our new hires and leads and develops other non-clinical education programs as needed.
  • Main point of contact for new recruits as they join the organization and will continue to be the main point of contact as they progress through their learning journey.
  • Provide general administrative and program support to the Commercial Education team and leadership.
  • Liaise between education managers, meeting planners, and the company’s sales force to ensure that education programs are planned, communicated and executed effectively, resulting in a smooth experience for the team training and for the learners.
  • Be the team’s primary point of contact for learners and support administrative tasks as needed for cross-functional business partners in areas such as finance, data analytics, logistics, procurement, compliance, communications, marketing , Professional Education, and sales leadership.
  • Strong project management skills to quickly align non-clinical programs with the Education team and their areas of expertise, resulting in integrated and cohesive programming and optimized learning experiences.

Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with demonstrated organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Experience in managing campaigns and planning programs and events
  • Ability to collaborate and lead across tasks, work levels, and in a matrix organization
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High level of ownership and accountability, ability to self-direct and self-manage
  • Ability to solve practical problems
  • Effective interpersonal skills that include professionalism, maturity, team spirit with the aim of delivering a great customer experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office and virtual meeting applications

Preferably:

  • Experience in education, sales, project management, or related occupation
  • Experience in the medical device, orthopedic, and/or joint replacement industry
  • Experience in adult learning and/or classroom training and education
  • Experience using and/or implementing modern educational technologies
  • Experience in developing and publishing newsletters
