After Jaromír Soukup took a holiday break from the media, social networks, and it turned out that he would not even return to TV Barrandov’s television screens, it seemed that he took a completely different path than the one he walked the entire last school year. But the opposite was true. Since the beginning of September, it has reappeared on the front pages of social newspapers, but not in a completely flattering light. The former media magnate has a new surprise for his readers almost every day. His journey from the top to the bottom was commented on the X social network by comedian and commentator Luděk Staněk. The confirmation of Jaromír Soukup’s relationship with Eva Feuereislova at the beginning of September started another whirlwind of more or less expected events. On Monday, there was a fight in front of Agáta Hanychová’s house, and on Wednesday, a police escort during the “extortion” of the one-year-old daughter. Monday’s bloody incident, which was apparently inevitable, may have unpleasant consequences for both actors. For ŽivotvČesku.cz, the sought-after lawyer Tomáš Maxa, who was contacted by the editors, described the possible punishment scenarios. “This incident can be legally qualified as intentional bodily harm according to Section 146 of the Criminal Code, or as disorderly conduct according to Section 358 if the assault took place in public in front of witnesses,” he stated.
“If the event took place on private property, violation of the freedom of residence according to Section 178 of the Criminal Code may also be relevant. Police investigations, medical reports and witness statements will also play an important role in the legal assessment. However, if there was insufficient evidence, the case could be closed as an offense against civil cohabitation under Section 49 of the Offenses Act,” added a seasoned lawyer to ŽivotvČesku.cz, saying that there are several options for how the event can be evaluated legally, but there is not enough information about the incident yet.
