Three years ago, when YB reached the Champions League for the first time, the feelings were perhaps more exciting, more intense, more beautiful. The Young Boys floated through 2018, won the championship title for the first time in 32 years and received in the premier class Manchester United, Valencia and Juventus. The crowning glory was the defeat of the Italian champions in Bern in December with his world star Cristiano Ronaldo. 2018 was the year when anything seemed possible for YB.
