Huge sums of money are not saved with supermarket apps. But who doesn’t like to get one or two euros for free when shopping weekly or a product for free from time to time? LVZ employee Maike Steuer would not go to a specific market for any app in the world, she comments.
Altenburg. For some it’s stressful, for me it’s great fun: shopping. I mean groceries, everything else comes under shopping for me. No joke, I love browsing the shelves and am a total packaging victim. I have to try something that looks nice or is new. If it happens to be still on sale, all the better.
Accordingly, I am receptive to the savings apps of the various discounters and supermarkets. Since I usually shop full but without a shopping list, I let myself be inspired by some coupons from time to time and simply integrate products that I get for free thanks to the app – for whatever reason – into our menu. Because the good thing about coupons is that they are an offer that you can accept, but you don’t have to. And if I need things at Lidl for about ten euros anyway, I can also take the sour cream with me, which I get for free from this sum thanks to the app.
