The Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Valery Zaluzhny, at a meeting with the Chief of the British Defense Staff, Admiral Sir Tony Radakin, wore a black T-shirt with the inscription “Ukraine. We love Muscovites as good.”

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky appointed Zaluzhny as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in July 2021.
He was awarded the Cross of Military Merit and the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, III degree.
