A group of lawyers who are members of the Law Enforcement and Justice Advocates Team (TAMPAK) visited the Kompolnas office. They urged an investigation into the death case Brigadier Nofriansyah Joshua Hutabarat or Brigadier J immediately finished.
“Because factually, the criminal incident took place at the official house of the Propam Kadiv. Therefore legally, the first one who was called to give a statement was Ferdy Sambo,” said TAMPAK Chairman, Roberth Keytimu, at the Kompolnas office, Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta (South Jakarta), Tuesday (2/8/2022).
“There is a lot of evidence from the incident. There are deaths, there are witnesses, then an autopsy has been carried out, but how come the perpetrators have not been revealed until now? This is a question for the community. That is our goal in coming to Kompolnas,” he continued.

Roberth claimed that Kompolnas had responded to a question from TAMPAK. He hoped that Kompolnas would convey advice from TAMPAK to the Special Team that investigated the case of the death of Brigadier Joshua.
“Earlier, Mr. Benny said that he or Kompolnas were working hard and they were all out to oversee this case so that it was quickly resolved. Now we say, because at 3 o’clock Mr. Benny met the Timsus, input from Tampak will soon be conveyed, that this incident took place at the Kadiv Propam. Then the one who reports to the police is the Head of the Propam Division,” he explained.
As is known, a shootout between Brigadier J or Brigadier Yoshua and Bharada E occurred at Inspector General Ferdy Sambo’s halfway house at the Duren Tiga Police complex, South Jakarta, Friday (8/7) afternoon. The shootout killed Brigadier J.
The police said the shootout was initiated by Brigadier J’s alleged abuse against the wife of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo. Brigadier J is a police officer assigned as driver for Ferdy Sambo’s wife.
The alleged abuse made Ferdy Sambo’s wife scream. The shout was then heard by Bharada E, who served as the bodyguard for Inspector General Ferdy Sambo. Bharada E also asked about what happened but was responded by shooting by Brigadier Joshua.
Brigadiers Joshua and Bharada E were later said to have been involved in a shootout. Brigadier Joshua was killed in the crossfire.
This case was only revealed to the public three days later or Monday (11/7). A number of parties, from the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud Md to the Chairman of Commission III of the DPR Bambang Wuryanto, assessed that there were irregularities in this case.
The National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit also formed a special team to investigate this case. In addition, Komnas HAM and Kompolnas are also investigating as external teams.
