Foreign Affairs Council, 14 November 2022
The meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council will take place over two days: on Monday 14 November the foreign ministers of the EU member states will meet and on Tuesday 15 November the defense ministers of the EU member states will meet.
Under the leadership of High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell, the Council will hold an exchange of views on 14 November Russian aggression against Ukraine, The great lake region e Western Balkans.
The Council will also hold discussions on current eventsand ministers will then be able to exchange views on the latest developments and rapidly changing events in external relations, for example on the situation in Lebanonrecent COP 27 and on the way COP 15and the EU-CELAC ministerial meeting held on 27 October in Buenos Aires.
Foreign Affairs (Defense) Council, 15 November 2022
High Representative Žuzeps Borels will brief the Defense Foreign Affairs Council on this matter current events, examining several recent developments and upcoming events. The Council will then have an exchange of views on how to close the gap between defense capabilities And operational reality.

General Affairs Council, 18 November 2022
Ministers will focus on preparations for the December European Council, on protecting EU values in Hungary and on the Commission’s work program for 2023. The Council can also seek to reach a general approach on the transparency and targeting regulation of political advertising.
Agriculture and Fisheries Council, 21 November 2022
Agriculture ministers from EU Member States will meet in Brussels on 21 November to discuss progress in implementing the new EU forestry strategy for 2030. They will also discuss the Commission communication on fertilizers and the need to ensure availability and accessibility of fertilizers as a basis for food safety.
General Affairs Council (Cohesion), 22 November 2022
The Council will exchange views on the long-term impact of cohesion policy on EU regions and will approve conclusions on cohesion policy.
Extraordinary meeting of the Transport, Telecommunications and Energy (Energy) Council, 24 November 2022
Energy ministers of EU Member States will seek political agreement on the Council Regulation on promoting solidarity through better coordinated gas supply, cross-border gas flows and reliable price benchmarks.
Foreign Affairs (Trade) Council meeting, 22 November 2022
The Council will review the current state of play of WTO reform and preparations for the 13th WTO Ministerial Conference. Ministers will hold a discussion on EU-US trade relations and a policy debate on trade support for Ukraine. Over the working lunch, the Council will exchange views on bilateral trade relations, including ongoing negotiations.
