Comfortable popular victory in Chipiona in the general elections held this July 23. The Popular Party has won the election at the polls in this municipality after obtaining the support of 34.3% of the ballots issued. It should be noted that the Popular Party remained in the previous general elections held in 2019 as the third political force, in which the PSOE won and Vox became the second with the highest number of supports. The PP turns it around to the situation in 2023 to lead the results in Chipiona.
The PSOE remains with 26.5% of the votes, while Vox falls to 21.5% of support and Sumar remains at 13.8%. Refering to stakehas risen slightly in relation to the previous general elections, remaining in el 63,5% of those called to vote this Sunday. 36.47% of Chipioneros have chosen to abstain.

The province of Cádiz votes this Sunday, July 23, to elect its representatives in the Congress of Deputies. For these general elections, there is a record in the electoral roll. No less than 1,017,915 people are called to the polls, 15,600 more than in the general elections of November 2019. It is the ninth province in the country with the most people with the right to vote. The second force in Cádiz was Vox with 21.62% of the votes. This allowed them to take two seats in the province, even improving the result obtained in the spring of 2019. The PP also improved significantly, but remained in third place. The Popular Party won 18.31% of the votes, which translated into two seats in Parliament. One more than in the previous elections.
In November 2019, Unidas Podemos experienced a slight decrease compared to the April call. Although the votes were similar, the popular party managed to snatch the second seat and were left with only one representative from Cádiz in Congress. 15.41% of Cadiz voters chose the purple force.
The big blow was for Ciudadanos. The oranges went from second to fifth option in the province in a matter of seven months. The party that Albert Rivera still led went from two to one seat in Cádiz. Only 9.14% of the population trust this political project.
62.28% of those registered in the census voted for a party, 37.72% chose abstention, 1.3% a null vote and 1.5% a blank vote.
