Comedian Wahid Bouzidi died Sunday, at the age of 45, in Morocco, a few days after he suffered a stroke, according to his press release, Agence France-Presse.
“Wahid Bouzidi died this morning after suffering a stroke on Wednesday during his stay in Morocco,” his media supplement said on Sunday.
After this stroke, the artist was taken to the hospital and entered a coma. At the time, he told the French newspaper “Le Courrier de Latlas” that he had suffered two strokes in 2021.
Bouzidi began his artistic career by participating in the performances of the famous comedian, Djamel Debbouze, in 2006, and in January, he launched a one-man show at the “Le Republique” theater in Paris, and he was supposed to tour all over France.
Away from the theatre, Bouzidi has starred in many comedies, including “Kaz Dibar” and “Noye sa mer, sa mer!” and Nikki Larson E Le Parfum de Cupidon.
