National Education was on strike on Tuesday April 2. Several unions are indeed demanding the abandonment of “knowledge shock” measures and salary increases. Faced with the anger of teachers, Philippe Caverivière wanted to pay tribute to them (in his own way), this Saturday, April 6, on the set of the show “Quelle Époque!”.
“I would like to express my love for teachers and for National Education,” the comedian begins. “Because if I hadn’t had teachers who would have given me a taste for reading, I wouldn’t have been in front of you this evening. So it’s important for me to say thank you to them!”
Teachers denounce in particular the level groups, announced by the government of Gabriel Attal, which according to them, will force them to “sort the students”. However, Philippe Caverivière thinks that the distribution can be done very quickly : “Mathéo, 2×6? – 10! Well, group of losers in math. – Oh no, it’s always me who goes there! – Well, group of losers in French too!”, concludes the columnist.
