The administrative protocol regarding comedian Maxim Galkin* was submitted to the Golovinsky Court of Moscow for consideration.
“The court received a protocol under Part 2 of Art. 19.34. The date for its consideration has not yet been set,” they said RIA Novosti in a court.
It should be noted that the second part of this article regulates the punishment for failure to submit a report on the activities of a foreign agent to the authorized body.
The fine can be up to 50 thousand rubles.
As reported EADaily , Galkin* was included in the register of foreign agents in September last year. The artist tried to challenge this decision in court, but the court rejected the complaint. Now the comedian lives with his wife Alla Pugacheva and children in Israel. In the coming days he is going on a European tour.
