On the 31st, Kim Mi-ryeo and her husband Jeong Seong-yoon appeared on Channel A’s entertainment show ‘Oh Eun-young’s Golden Counseling Center’ and consulted with Dr. Oh Eun-young.
Kim Mi-ryeo told the story of her second son, who suffered from a rare disease called collagen deficiency. He said, “I took great care of my first child, but because it was my second child, I wondered if I had let my guard down.” He added, “As soon as my second child was born, I felt something strange.”

My tongue was bigger than my chin, so I couldn’t breathe. The hospital where I gave birth was a large hospital. “He said I had to go find him,” he recalled.
He continued, “I was constantly worried, so I couldn’t even do any postpartum care,” and “I felt pitiful that my second child was having a hard time because of me. I felt like it was my fault.”
Jeong Seong-yoon also relayed the critical situation at the time, saying, “The hospital said (my second child) might not survive tonight.” He added, “Like her wife, I naturally felt like it was my fault,” adding, “I felt very sorry for my wife, who couldn’t take care of herself because she couldn’t afford it.”
