Amy Schumer reportedly plans to move to Brooklyn

comedian and actress Amy Schumer has put an exclusive penthouse on the Upper West Side up for saleNew York, for $15 million dollars.
Schumer bought this property in 2016 and for that moment he paid $12.15 million dollars. This means that the 50-year-old comedian expects to receive a significant profit.
This news comes just a few weeks after it was said that Schumer had bought a mansion in MontecitoCalifornia, for which he paid $12.5 million.
The penthouse for sale is located on top of a pre-war building and its architectural style is Beaux-Arts. It has a total extension of 4,500 square feet distributed in five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, media room, laundry room and other amenities.
Four of the rooms in this property have private bathrooms and large walk-in closets; however, the main suite stands out for having access to a private terrace overlooking the river. The bathroom in this master bedroom is wonderful with a steam shower and heated marble floor.
The kitchen is also a dream space. The kitchen is spacious with a center island, teal cabinets, high end appliances, wine fridge and more.
Although the interior of the property is really luxurious, what is most striking about this place is its large terrace of 3,000 square feet in which you can enjoy the open air of vegetation, a 360 view of the city and even a kitchen.
As is common in prestigious buildings in New York, this offers several services to its owners among which is parking, storage area, bike room, doorman for 24 hours every day and more.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the comedian decided to sell this penthouse because she and her husband Chris Fischer intend to move to Brooklynto be closer to his son Gene David Fischer’s school.
It remains to be seen if the purchase of a new property in New York City is revealed in the coming days and details can be obtained. Although it is difficult to think that another property could be more impressive than the one Schumer owned for six years.
