In the thirteenth week of the Serie A match at Gewiss Stadium, Sunday (6/11/2022) WIB early in the morning, Atalanta took the lead on Ademola Lookman’s penalty. Two goals for Napoli by Victor Osimhen and Eljif Elmas.
The three additional points bring Napoli an eight-point lead to the top Serie A standings, with 35 points. Atalanta in second place have 27 points and are vulnerable to overtaking Milan, who will face Spezia in a few moments.

Atalanta made their debut immediately from the first minutes and in the second minute have the chance to score a goal with Rasmus Hojlund, but Alex Meret’s shot was saved.
Atalanta continued to put pressure on it, making it difficult for Napoli to build an attack, especially Kvicha Kvaratskhelia had to miss due to injury. Atalanta have had several chances but have not always managed to score a goal.

That goal excited Napoli and put Atalanta under pressure again. The guests took the lead in the 35th minute when an attack from the right left Atalanta’s defense open
Osimhen received the ball and stabbed in the penalty area, which Merih Demiral was unable to stop. Osimhen provided a pull bait which Eljif Elmas received and kicked it hard in the middle of the goal.

Zielinski was close to scoring in the 38th minute if Musso did not promptly reject his shot which went for a corner. The score of 2-1 lasted until half time.
Entering the second half, André-Frank Zambo Anguissa has the opportunity to score in the 51st minute but Musso can deny it. Practically afterwards, Napoli survived longer.
In the 55th minute Joakim Maehle got a shot, even if the ball was successfully blocked by Meret. Likewise in the 63rd minute when Rasmus Hojlund put the ball in the box and his shot went wide.
Napoli had two chances to increase the score with Giovanni Simeone, but none of them scored, because he went wide and was saved by Musso within a minute, at 78th and 79th.
Duvan Zapata in the 83rd minute received the pass from Ruslan Malinovsyi and had room to shoot, that the ball went straight up. Napoli still won until the referee blew the whistle.
