The city of Most, in cooperation with the sports facilities, invites all enthusiastic runners and their fans to the traditional 26th annual People’s Run for the Mayor’s Cup, which will take place on Wednesday, May 8 from 10 a.m. at Šibeničník. Visitors can expect not only sporting activities, but also a rich accompanying program.

The start of the annual event is scheduled for 10 a.m., when the registration of participants will begin at the entrance to the Funpark. Different categories are prepared for competitors so that everyone can find their own way.
The entry fee is only CZK 40 per person, and each participant will receive free entry to the Funpark on the day of the run as a reward for participating. The winners will be announced at 12 noon.
• Categories I: Children born in 2018 and younger compete accompanied by their parents on a short course of approximately 1 km.
• Categories II: For children born between 2018 and 2014, there is a 1 km track that they can manage on their own.
• Category III to IV: A 2.5 km track awaits older children and youth.
Participation in the run is voluntary and everyone participates at their own risk. Underage participants are the responsibility of their parents or legal representatives.
